Mr. Vikram Reddy Palvai

Mr. Vikram Reddy Palvai is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration & Masters in Law. With over a decade of professional experience, he is the founder of PVR AND ASSOCIATES. He is a guest faculty at various educational institutions and a reputed motivator and speaker at seminars conducted by the Hyderabad Chapter of ICSI and other professional bodies.
His expertise spans Company Law, FEMA, Tax Laws, and he has handled assignments such as Takeovers, Buy-back, Acquisitions, ESOP, Rights Issues, QIPs, FDI & ODI Compliances, Corporate Restructuring, and complex corporate transactions. He has represented clients before the National Company Law Tribunal.
Mr. Vikram has served as Chairman of the Hyderabad Chapter of ICSI, leading it to be recognized as the best chapter in India. Notably, he is the youngest person ever elected as Chairman of ICSI across India.
